Returns can not be accepted on any opened items. Returns can also not be accepted on any product from the Snack Category as most are baked goods with short expiration dates.
Returns will be authorized if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt if you wish to return something and Customer Service will give you an RA# to put on the outside of the package.
Once the item has been received by us a credit will be issued for the product only within 24 hours of receipt with whatever payment method is on file.
For Damaged Goods picture and emails must be sent within 24 hours of receipt in order for Customer Service to issue a return, this includes holidays and weekends. Your email with the pictures will serve as proof that we were notified within 24 hours.
